NOTD: Savvy By DB - Splash & Dash

Today I'm showcasing Savvy by DB's Splash & Dash nail polish. I was immediately attracted to this particular shade as it reminded me a lot of my very beloved Essence Polish in Blue Addicted (blog post here). Both of these polishes are very similar in relation to the glitters used and the jelly base which is also quite similar, some people may say dupes, for the higher end Deborah Lippmann Polish in Across The Universe or even Sally Hansen Mermaid's Tale. (P.s excuse the shitty crap photos, I cannot get my camera to adjust to the winter weather/lighting!). 

On The Hunt For The Perfect Concealer feat. Garnier Roll-On, Maybelline Instant Age Rewind & Essence Stay Natural

Sleeping is one of my favourite things to do - I aim to get around 7-8 hours every night. This not only keeps me sane (and from killing everyone in sight) but also helps to keep me feeling and looking healthy.. or so I thought. Even with my copious amounts of sleep, I cannot shake my dreadful dark circles under my eyes. I do want to venture out and splurge on some dark circle corrector (Clinique Even Better Eyes) but being rather careful with my spending recently, I decided to opt for some drugstore correctors/concealers to see if they would be a good alternative. I decided to test out the very raved about Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser and Garnier Anti Dark Circles Roll On. I also picked up an Essence Stay Natural Concealer as it was 40% with one of Priceline's promotions. 

Review: NYX Jumbo Lip Pencils in 712 Plush Red & 730 Almond

It is no secret that there has been an outrageous lip crayon faze within the beauty community within the last year or so. Almost every cosmetic brand has now formulated their own lip crayons/pencils/whatever-you-want-to-call-them, and due to this abundant incoming flow not many brands have caught my attention. This however changed when I stumbled across NYX's Jumbo Lip Pencils. Although these Jumbo Lip Pencils aren't new to the scene at all (they've actually been on the market for quite some time now) they were new and exciting to me. Oh and Of course the extra 40% Cherry Culture was having on NYX items made me lust over these lip pencils even more. 

Review + Giveaway: Clearasil Vitamins & Extracts Daily Face Wash

As most of you may have heard, Clearasil has recently designed a new Daily Clear Vitamins & Extracts Range. This new collection is formulated to help the many women out there who 'work hard and play hard' to achieve and maintain better looking skin even though there is less salycilic acid than other Clearasil products.  I was quite interested to give this daily face wash and mask a go as Clearasil has always been a brand I return to. Whenever I'm having a really bad skin week (which is often) I will resort back to my Clearasil Rapid Action Cream Wash to work it's magic.
