This post is a little delayed (about 3 weeks delayed) but better late than never right?! So about 3 weeks ago MUA hit a massive 35,000 likes on Facebook so to celebrate they offered 35% off everything online as well as free worldwide shipping! Now who can say no to that! I obviously took advantage of this generous promotion and picked up a few goodies that I'd heard many others rave about.
One thing I love about MUA is that even though their products are dirt cheap, they are actually good quality! I will admit that although it's not the best of the best, for the price you seriously cannot complain at all. Shipping is quite decent as well (my packaged arrived within a week and a half) and everything is packed securely to ensure that products will not get damaged.
Unfortunately I will not be doing an in-depth review in this post, but don't worry product reviews will be coming up ASAP! I would appreciate it if you would kindly let me know what you want me to review first.
First up I purchased the newest palette by MUA - The Artiste Collection Palette. It contains 6 eyeshadows, two blushers a bronzer and a highlighter.
I also purchased the Glitter Ball Palette. I told myself that I wasn't going to purchase anymore MUA palettes, but what sold me on this was the swatches of each individual eyeshadow. These look AMAZING when swatched and I cannot wait to test these out for a dramatic night look!
I also got my hands on the Pro Brow Kit. I'm currently going on a crazy eyebrow spree where I'm trying out all these different eyebrow kits/pencils/powders to see which one suits me the best. It's pretty funny though because about 3 years ago I didn't fill in my brows at all. Just a quick groom and I was good to go.
I decided to test out MUA's new Cream Blushers as well. Although I'm not a massive fan of cream blushers (powders all the way!) I wanted to give it a go and see whether these would be able to change my mind on them. I picked up two in the shades Yummy and Dolly - interesting names by the way haha.
I certainly could not have passed these bad boys up - MUA's new Nail Constellations. After seeing all the hype of caviar nails by Ciaté, I was quite excited to see that there was a cheaper alternative. I picked up 3 different sets in Pisces, Scorpio and Leo.
After having a pleasant experience with my first MUA Baked Eyeshadow Trios (review here) I decided to pick up two other cult favourites - Chocolate Box and Innocence. You can never have too many neutral eyeshadows I say!
And lastly I picked up the MUA Gel Liner. Being a gel liner snob and have only used MAC's fluid line, I thought I would branch out and test out a few others. The cheapest on my list was MUA's gel liner. I think I will try Maybelline's eyestudio liner next.
So that's my quick little MUA haul. If you couldn't tell, I basically picked up most of MUA's new releases. Hopefully they will be as impressive as my last MUA haul of goodies! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post. I hope all of you had an AMAZING fun filled Christmas!
